I imagine you could add one of these systems to it but I wouldn't bother it's fast enough.

No. Lamborghini's are tuned specifically for their engines output. any added engine modifcations would result in having to install a new computer which would require thousands of dollars worth of labor. high eng cars such as lamborghini's and ferrari's and saleen's already have the top of the line performance parts. This includes a Turbo

honestly probably not, those cars are tuned precisely for thier modifications. if you start twinking the car, you will probably actually loose power. but then again, adding a turbo is a huge upgrade and might add some power. truthfully who upgrades a lamborghini? they are made for speed to begin with and i am sure it reaches the speed limit pretty quickly ;)

I heard this somewhere and if you install a turbo on a lamborghini something goes boom, not the car where it burns and blows up but the engine blows something.

You can put anything on any engine (or at least find some body who can). But those are very "experimental" and you risk blowing some expensive engine.
Also those engines have some MUCHO horsepower. I've seen cases where people put in bigger engine and the same day they blow the transmission or the rear-ends (differential gears), etc.

Again, yes to every kind of mod imaginable but no probably not practical
