Ronnie Spector...she was the lead singer of the Ronnettes. She had huge hit called "Be My Baby" which is what the song is referring to.

Ronnie Spector, from the 60's girl group The Ronnettes. They had a hit called, "Be My Baby". She made an appearance in Eddie's song to sing a little snippet of her song.
