I've heard that before and was just wondering what 'mojo' means in that context. Thanks!

Muddy Waters' famous song "I've got my mojo working" was meant to mean "voodoo" or "spell" on a woman he was interested in. But the last line of the song is "but it just don't work on you".
The Austin Powers was sexual. Somewhat different connotation.

"mojo" simply means your full body emotions. The part of you that is inspired to continue or start whatever the task is. It may refer to the nervous system which activates the body to perform the tasks needed.

Personal power, magic or strength; the strength or force or charm of a person that other people respond to.

Austin Powers saw his ... umm ... 'sex appeal' as a powerful force (OK, I'm not a fan of his personal brand of sex appeal) so that was what he called it.
