Hi there dear. I just wanted to let you know that being a vegetarian will not make your life difficult. If you go to a BBQ you can bring along a veggie burger for yourself. If you are going out to eat, you can get a bean burrito instead of a chicken one. Sure, it won't be the most convenient thing in the world to be a vegetarian, but it comes with so many rewards that you will never feel as if you are depriving yourself of anything. And humans can survive and be perfectly healthy without meat. It is very simple to obtain all the nutrients you need from plant based products, I promise you. I'm going to post a few links for you so you can look into vegetarianism a bit because when you are eating you shouldn't have to feel guilty or see the face of an innocent animal that was tortured for that meal. Eating should be enjoyable and you can enjoy a healthy, tasty meal that is completely meat-free. The first link is a site that can give an overview of the type of abuse animals face on the farms as well as environmental benefits and health benefits to going veg, helpful advice, recipes, etc. The second link is a site that talks about nutrition information for vegetarians and gives lists of plant sources for vitamins. The third link is a vegetarian forum that can give you support if you feel like you may want to pursue vegetarianism. You can ask questions to people that are already vegetarian or vegan and trust me, everyone is very nice and helpful. The last link is a video example of the abuse that goes on in factory farming. It is not for the faint of heart, but I recommend everyone watches to know how their food is really being produced.

sorry i have two rules when eating unusual food:

1) i don't eat something that can be found as road kill

2) i don't eat something i can't identify.

looks like i won't have armadillo caused leprosy. now if there's chicken caused leprosy, i could be in trouble. ^-^

I've never eaten it, actually.

I'm glad to hear you've tested it out first. I would hate to get leprosy. You're a lifesaver!

So that is why people stay away from me. The FDA should make them wear a warning label. We need a law. I wonder if I can sue.
