yes...my next door neighbor...they partied til 4 am....last nite....with no regard for other neighbors.....it's a couple and the wife is a little beeeeotch...I went & talked to her last nite...she got sassy with me....then some big muscle guy came to the door...and I told him the same thing...curfew is 10pm here....no music...etc. is supposed to come out of your apt....it was midnight at this point......we need to move!
