Not so much a feeling of a new day; but it makes me feel bettere able to cope with the existing one.
There has to be a reason for this - but I'm just ignorant to it.

definite, showering isn't possibly that extensive of a deal if left for 3-4 days. daily or each and every 2d day is robust, yet you may evaluate your water expenses, etc. i'd have a schedule of bathing/showering each and every 3 or 4 days, or greater usual in case you do an excellent variety of activities.

Not for me. I take showers late at night because I wait until my daughter goes to sleep. I just had to take one a little while ago too at like 2 in the morning because my daughter woke up and got sick. In my hair. So I gave her some medicine and put her back to sleep and then took a shower to get the puke out of my hair. Yeah that was nice. Poor kid.

Actually after a shower in the morning it DOES make me realize it's a new day--a new day to clean and work and all that stuff. I can't win. lol

No, but being all fresh and clean is a nice feeling. I like to take a hot shower just before I dive into bed.

Kinda of ya just feel refreshed like you washed all of the dirt and problems from yesterday away... plus you smell good that always makes you feel better.....

well it depends i have my shower in the morning which freshens and wakens me up of course its a new day but it depends is it the same as yesterday..do i have any plans for this so called new day.......... then at night i have shower before i go to bed thinking hmm relaxing but will tomorrow be the same.!hope this made sense. and didnt confuse you
