I'd say go with the 18" wheels but forget the
Vogues just use a nice set of low pro's. Bigger wheels are a great way to fill in the wheel wells of a car and increase it's performance but you don't want to put wheels that are way too big because then it just looks stupid! Also don't forget to upgrade the brakes and lower it a little bit. :)

to keep the NIT PICKERS happy try using the term "RESTOMOD" its kind of both taking an old car and bringing it back to life with some personal flair added for good measure-but I digress ,If the caddy is 2 door i like the 20's and black walls. if 4 door pimp those VOGUE'S just my 2 cents

If you're "restoring" it, why do you want to put oversized aftermarket wheels and tires on it.
Don't you mean you're "pimping" it?

{restore}
To bring back to an original condition: restore a building. See Synonyms at revive.
To put (someone) back in a former position: restore the emperor to the throne.

ADDED: Maybe you meant "recondition"

Restored means that. OEM parts, just like it came from the factory in 1991.
