You can never go wrong with "champ".
But if you're looking for individual names, you might want to consider different parts of their personalities and playing style.
For example: Chipper, Slugger, Homer, K-Guy, Slider, Captain, 2B- etc.

Really though, most kids eventually get to were they have their own nicknames for each other, just notice their actions, maybe it'll stick?
