My mother has passed away. However when I was younger and lived at home, I don't recall her making anyone wait a certain length of time. Now my dad was a real control freak but that was at least one thing he didn't try to control.

Well, it doesnt really matter because I have four bathrooms where I live. It doesnt really affect me all that much.
