It most definitely does. That is the reason there are so many pessimists out there now. They have turned their backs on the parties and have become independents.

Well I can think of two extremist who are radio talk show host and both ultra conservative. Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, they spew out extremist hate talk everyday on the airwaves and yes it hurts both the lib's and the conservatives [eventhough they don't realize they are being hurt]. Rush and Sean make themselves look like pure idiots and the scary thing about it is there are millions of people who think and talk like they do.

Agree. Come election time, the Cons will use the Lib extremist's gay agenda to success again, and sweep the Red States again. Nothing is so powerful as their hatred of homos, except for maybe abortion.

Disagree. Extemes have to be part of the conversation. Doesn't mean we should go to extremes but we should hear all ideas and evaluate them.
