Lupe Fiasco has some of the best hip-hop out there. N.E.R.D/Neptunes have a lot of good hip-hop too. Rap wise, I'd say anything by Jay-Z, specifically 99 problems. Southern Hospitality by Ludacris is my favorite rap song ever. Every rapper has at least one really really good song and I'd suggest searching Jay-Z, 50cent, Run DMC, Ludacris, Yung Joc, Young Jeezy, and G-Unit for some of the best songs(of at least recent memory). Tupac and Biggie had the early 1990's covered and everyone else has the late 1990's/2000's era covered.
