I know that I have to pull the motor, but I was told it was tricky. I guess that the over head cam on the single bore causes problems.
HELP!

When you remove the head the piston has to be in Top-Dead-Center position, and there should be a gasket, you have to remove the rocker box first. Head gaskets are expensive though, mine was $450

Its simple. to change gasket if thats what you really need
One thing that can cause problems is the rubber plug above exhaust port.
If you have an oil leak check its not that first (oil leaks out of 'tunnel' above exhaust pipe)
I'm pretty sure you can just remove cam cover to change it
There are service bulletins about this.
If engine has overheated or is just old/high mileage the plug shrinks
