CS 1 night vision?

im not sure if its my internet lagging but does any1 know how to adjust the nightvision because i keep lagging when i have it on and i really need the nightvision

Its not the internet that makes you lag when you use night vision, its your video card. Try purchasing one that will handle the game at your video settings or try decreasing your video settings.
