Carbon in the atmosphere decomposes the ozone layers (O3) into oxygen gasses (O2)??

Do all carbons does this or only certain or particular ones such as CFCs that contain chlorine?

Not all carbon compounds cause the decomposition of O3 into O2. CFCs are the worst for the O3. That is why many aerosols use CO2 or other safer gas as their propellant.

O3 is ozone, and O2 is oxygen. The 3 and 2 after the O mean the number of atoms of O. Since O3 is ozone, the question is asking which is changing the O3 to O2, resulting in less ozone in the ozone layer.

Only man-made chemicals, such as CFCs and other ozone depleting substances (like carbon tetrachloride), are responsible for the break down of ozone molecules. Reactions with UV radiation cause these chemicals to release chlorine and bromine atoms, which just destroy ozone molecules.
