I have the Kyocera Strobe from Alltel and I hate it. I loved it at first because of the keyboard, but now it's losing it's excitement for me. I wanted to use my friend's idea of dropping it in some water, but I've heard that Alltel will just give you another one of the same phone. I want a new one - now I'm starting to wish I got the razr. My mom won't just up and get me the one I want because she's not even done paying for the strobe.

How can I get a new phone?

I would like to get either of these two:

I don't just want a new phone to be getting one, sometimes it doesn't send my text messages and says someone's line is busy when it's really not. It's just a crappy phone, so stop with the stupid answers that don't help me at all.

My mom had the same problem with her kyocera blade from alltel and she wanted to switch to a red razr. Since her contract was for 2yrs and she still had time left on it, they told her she would have to pay almost $500 to get that phone. Alltel has the best reception though, so your best bet would be to stick out the contract.

Well, other people are just insensitive. How about if you talk to your mom? After talking to her, call Alltel and ask them if you can swap phones. Alltel does have the RAZR, and it is a nice color. Oh, and PLEASE don't go for the lg ax 275. It's hideous! Hope my advice helps!

You could call Alltel and see if they would let you swap it with another phone because this one just isn't living up to your expectations.

How about getting a job and paying for the new one yourself - what a concept! - instead of thinking of ways to make your mother spend more money on you that you don't deserve?

i had a telephone for like 10 months and grow to be able to commerce it in for fifty greenbacks and a 50 greenback mail-in rebate i think. i finished up with the enV2, and that i like it. you may could desire to bypass consult with somebody in there although approximately how plenty it could cost you because of the fact all verizons are distinctive.

well, i'd like to tell you first... if you drop it in water...
there is a special guage in most all phones that will tell the provider if there has been water damage... weather you dry it out or not... so i wouldn't recomend doing that, because they wont give you a new phone...
