This is much easier than running backs or wide receivers... Too much talent at those positions
---
ELITES
1) Peyton Manning
2) Tom Brady
3) Drew Brees
4) Carson Palmer
STARS
5) Donovan McNabb
6) Marc Bulger
VERY SOLID
7) Matt Hasselback
8) Trent Green
9) Brett Favre
ANY 2nd Year Guy Can Take This Spot Or Another Young Player...
10) Matt Leinart, Vince Young, Jay Cutler, Tarvaris Jackson, Philip Rivers, Ben Roethlisberger, Jamarcus Russell, Alex Smith, Brady Quinn
All those guys are too young or haven't even played... Too make a full judgement
But guaranteed atleast 2 of those guys will become huge stars this year

I was careful not to let my own bias creep in. I looked at this from a standpoint of who I would want on my team right now if I weas an owner. This way you don't reward youth too much or penalize someone who may not have as many years left in him.
