How patient are you with those automated telephone services?

Ya know, Press 1 for English... Press 2 for Spanish... Press 83 if you want to hear the menu repeated... Press 84 if you want to talk to the next available team member... How patient are you with all this?

very...since I am so used to them..cant speak to a freakin human being in todays world..

I get very annoyed by it and sometimes what I do is if it's a place I call on a regular basis like my pharmacist I just push the numbers I need to push in for the dept and go straight thru. Otherwise I push "0" to get thru because the system doesn't know if a person has a touch tone phone or a rotary (atlhough you don't see this much anymore) phone.

Personally, I find that preety annoying, what a better thing to do whould be to just get an member to come and u tell them whu u want, instead of listening to a very very SLOW & boring automated voice.

Not very patient. I usually press 0 and try to get a person.

LOL I have ZERO patience.... I press 1- for English and then 0 automatically for operator/customer assistance. LOL

When I order pizza I have to talk to a machine -- tell it where i am so it can connect me to the closest shop.

I say as clearly as possible - but it still goes "Sorry rah rah rah" And the slightest background noise on my end and she thinks thats my answer.

Drives me insane, I'm freakin hungry - just put me through to a person.

I am not patient at all when them especially when i am returning a phone call and can't get through to a person.
