I found out that the boxer I wear have lint on them from the dryer. Everythime I wear it, the lint goes inside my penis and now its far inside between the skin and the muscle. Will my penis be infected? Should I go to the doctor to clean it, or should I get tweezers and pull it out myself?

Tweezers do not sound like a good idea to me.
You obviously have not been circumcised and still have a foreskin. You should gently try to pull it back to reveal your glans (you are calling it "the muscle") and wash with warm soap and water using your hand. It is good hygeine to wash the glans every day. If you cannot fully retract your foreskin to reveal your glans, then this is more reason to retract it as far as you can and wash it every day. Eventually with this porcess you should be able to fully retract your foreskin and clean your glans thoroughly. Lint should not be a problem.

It sounds like you're uncircumcised and some lint gets under between the foreskin and the glans (penis head). This is very easy to fix.
During a shower/bath, just pull the skin back until you can see the glans and wash the entire area with water and a mild soap, like any other part of your body. When you're done let the foreskin return to its normal position. That's all.
Btw, you won't get infected from lint and there's no reason to go to the doctor's for this unless you can't pull back your foreskin.

Infection because of lint? No.
If that happened guys would have infections all the time!
Just wash it off; it's just cotton.
Just rub it off when you shower. If it continues to be a problem try getting different underwear to see if it's better quality.

If it is under your foreskin, then take a shower, and was yourself, so that it comes out. If it is in your urethra, then urination, should eventually get it out, as would sex.
