i suspect that my laptop is infected with virus and spyware. if i will reload the oprating system will this clean my laptop of everything? how can i clean my laptop of spyware and virus without reloading my OS? should i worry so much about these things? i have sufficient backup of my files. thanks for the help.

Reloading the OS will clear EVERYTHING in the hard drive, including viruses and spyware. After that, you will need to reinstall all your drivers and programs. It's hard to explain it step by step. I suggest you contact customer service or technical support before doing it.

If you have a good backup of your files and have sufficient technical knowledge, you can reinstall your OS. This is not necessary. You could also try using an antivirus program to get rid of the virus. It should be capable of clearing most of your problems.
