I'm going to tell you a secret.. If you slow down and listen to your intuition, the little voice inside.
You won't mess up anymore. We know how to do things, we just make the wrong choice,by keeping what is in our subconscious repressed..... Relax. This too shall pass....I used to get all wound up, heck, I still do sometimes, but I realized a long time ago that there are some things you just can't do anything about and the only thing worrying does is put miles instead of smiles on your face.

i mess things up but i dont get wound up. its the kind of "mess ups" that you think only ever happens in movies and that no one could ever get the chance of messing up in such a way.
