i would rather be deaf. even if i couldnt listen to music. i would rather see the world and who was around me.

I would be deaf because it would be very depressing not knowing what the world looked like and plus the technology that they have today can help you hear better, even when your close to being deaf.

Deaf- my sister's deaf, so I already know sign language and am friends with people at the deaf school.

i would be deaf even though i am happy as i am but i had a deaf friend and he managed ok i couldn't imagine going my life never able to see my daughter's face

I'd rather be deaf. I could cope with not hearing my daughter's giggles, but not seeing her smile would ba awful.
