The whole idea is about making somones day lighten up or happy even if yours is crap and it is worth it due to the fact that it benefits you in way make you feel worth something in this world. But get the idea that it not by just making them laugh for being funny or they smile because you smiled but giving them that REAL smile, that they even know everythings ok and life isnt horrible after all.

Yes that is so true -- especially when I have seen my students smile after I have told them something funny or interesting. There is nothing in the world like the smile of a child.
My sweetheart and I make each other smile all the time. We have so much fun together and enjoy each other's sense of humor.
