I need to know my ISP address...I have an HP laptop and I don't know what the address number is...help?

You must be talking about your "IP", address assigned to you by your ISP, (Internet Service Provider").

They are where you pay your dialup or ADSL bill. Or combined with your telephone bill if with the same company.

There is no such thing as an ISP address, unless you are wanting to mail your monthly payment to them.

If you mean IP address, it most likely is a dynamic IP address that your ISP issues to you and changes it every 24 hours. Pretty useless to the end-user.

If you mean your "IP" address or "Internet Protocol" just open the Command Prompt and at the prompt type "ipconfig" without the quotes and hit enter.

Go to command prompt and type in "ipconfig" without the quotes, it will then show your IP address

I believe you mean IP address.
