They are basically the same.
But if you notice Truthfulness seems to carry more weight than the other 2. Let's change sincerety to Sincereness and change honesty to Honestness and add Genuineness.
I noticed 11years ago these words seemed more meaningful with " ness" added, So I looked "ness" up in my big old dictionary and the meaning is, of the being, so what that says to me is that it is coming from deep inside of me rather than just from in my head.

Truthfullness and honesty are basically the same.
Sincerity is different. Example : You can be very sincere to get someone go to bed with you but you can't be honest to them that you are already married or actually they aren't that good compare to someone else.

Well, my definition of a lie is a deliberate attempt on the part of one or more people to distort another person or persons perception of reality I thinks this sums up all your questions the best I can do

you can be honest but not necessarily truthful (like a lie of omission) - sincerity is just meaning what you say--you can be sincere and not truthful (if you sincerely believe something that is not true). basically sincerity and honesty are more subjective in my opion while truthfulness is more objective.

Who is arguing against you? They may have slightly different wording in the dictionary, but they are all the same and can be used interchangeably in context.
