I kick them...Just kidding!!! I continually ask simple, but annoying questions like "Are you ready yet?" "Is it my turn?" so my opponent is annoyed & can't really think for too long...and might as well hurry up. None of my friends want to play games with me anymore!

In a game with a clock, stalling is perfectly legal, but not sportsman-like.When you set up a table make sure you select a time constraint you can live with.

It depends on the game, and if house or tournament rules are being used.

Give them a warning and if they don`t listen, kick them out of the game

If it is timed, do nothing and let him lose. If not timed look in the mirror for someone to blame.:)
