This particulare Core 2 Duo is much better than the AMD you are comparing it too. Plus it has a bigger screen and is a bit cheaper, so the choice in this case should be very easy.

Look Intel is better than AMD but for daily work AMD does the job for less price than an Intel will do it. If you go for a notebook for download music, pictures movies and surf the web an AMD processor will do an excellent work for a better price but if you need a processor to handle more heavy task like editing programs go for Intel, remember the amount of RAM is as important as the processor itself, also the HDD speed and some other stuff like the OS you're running, you can set up a notebook with an AMD 64X2 processor and 2GB of RAM for a decent price o to bestbuy.com and see the difference. the middle 2 Duo is the faster processor and could additionally use much less skill and positioned across much less heat temperature than the less powerful Turion that doesn't do as plenty artwork in accordance to clock cycle. If the pc with the AMD chip has a miles better ideal pictures chip (or diverse aspects that are extra effective ideal) then it relatively is nicely definitely nicely definitely worth the slower processor (even with if with AMD processors you isn't able to definitely assume nVidia or aTi pictures is greater ideal than Intel as you're able to be able to desire to with Intel processors, you're waiting to truly examine).
