Smile and say "hi". Even us guys pick up on that. Talk with him. Ask him questions (big ego-boost for guys to answer questions for cute girls). Be happy to see him. It can take a while sometimes, but even the most oblivious among us get the picture in time.

Flirting always helps. Guys pick up on that RIGHT AWAY (sometimes when nobody's even flirting with them).... If he likes her back he'll talk to her, if he doesnt then he wont say anything. Make sure she doesnt put herself out there too much because she'll just look desperate and if he doesnt resepond to her she'll be really hurt (rejection is a b-----).
But just lil things... he'll get the hint.

Be careful to establish something good to bond your new relationship upon. Knowledge solves problems but wisdom prevents them.

maybe she should just flirt a lot, but not too much to give it away. maybe even enough for other ppl to think so, but not be positive about it.
