Is there a common store that you can purchase UV blacklights from?

I'm looking for a blacklight flashlight, or just a water resistant lamp and bulb. I was wondering if I could look at HomeDepot or Lowes, and maybe perhaps Bass Pro Shops. I need this for tomorrow evening. Any ideas? Thanks!

I got one at PetSmart for finding cat pee... makes everything look sooooo cool, though!!
