C - both the reactants and products will be present after you allow the reaction to run. The only way to predict the amount of each is to know the rate of reaction for the materials involved.

If it is reversible, then you'd have some product and some reactant. The activation energy of the reaction would be needed to determine how much at a given temperature but generally, you'd have answer (c).
