THIS FASCIST PIECE OF LEGISLATION WAS VERY CLEVERLY NAMED SO THAT THOSE THAT OPPOSE IT WOULD BE LABELED "UNPATRIOTIC".

I believe we will see a Dem as president in 08 and hope they do keep the Patriot Act and use their powers to implement it! And incase you dont know both Hillary and Obama both voted to reauthorize it. So either they also believe in it or they caved in under pressure and do not stand by their beliefs.
