drink a lot of ice water and tea and take breaks. Go outside and sit in the shade.

go inside. the air conditioning feels good. however, if i wanna be outside, wear shorts, flip flops, spaghetti strap and have a cup of icecream. no cone, it gets too messy and would spoil my day :P
