I think a dart board would work too.
I've gotten a lot of exercise for my legs, skating and bike riding, but punching and throwing would work my arms.
I'll suggest it at our next meeting. I think our director of safety and health would approve.
She is very knowledgeable about things like MSDS and allergies and stuff.

Yes I work at a factory that is 95% women and all they do is back-stab and gossip all of the time. Upper management has actually considered putting in small punching bags in each department to relieve some of the stress that we have, and to hopefully keep people from getting at each other.
