No...today was a good day. However, I always take one day out of the month to have a "good cry". It cleanses the emotions. Many people find themselves too busy with day to day life to stop and think about lots of things, and sometimes these emotions can overload them. Taking a time out to handle your emotions is good for the soul...you'ld be amazed how good it feels just to have a good cry now and then. I usually go visit my father's grave once a month and have a talk with him, and tell him everything that's going on. This gives me an opportunity to vent my frustrations and emotions that are built up. It really helps!!! And no, I'm not nuts. (ha!)

Nope. Cause its a proven fact that if I cry it will trigger the events that start the apocolypse. And last time I checked there weren't any zombies hanging out in my front yard. And no four horsemen. So as long as you don't break me heart. Humanity is safe.

No, it's been quite awhile. The last time was when all of my work (after getting up at 4:00am to do it) came back unsold and unappreciated. I really cried.
