Yes. Even if there weren't any structured music, there is sound and rhythm everywhere. Music as we know it is just the culmination of people finding an outlet for what is in their hearts.

my heart sings everyday that I wake up and look around. So yes, with or without music, I will always continue to sing.

well, it's relle confusing to answer cuz if u think about it, singing is expressing feelings through harmony and melody (which is the definition of music), but i personally think that you could still sing without a rhythm in the background. but relle, singing is music.
