top contributor just means someone who contributes a lot of answers, i dont think the questions are connected. you can be a top contributor if you like but i would prefer to give the most helpful answers and have a high best answer percentage rather than contribute a bunch of answers no one needs, well i try. =)

No...they answer the questions in their area and are always selected as the #1 choice, so they become top contributor in their area of experience and expertise.

we are all invoking our sense of reasoning, therefore ask question and claim to know answers, if anyone (any of us) knew all the answers we wont be here answering and definitely the questions would end, that hasn't happened, yet. Top contributors ask yourself do you not have any questions?
