If one answer is clearly my favorite, I don't even look to see who starred before choosing it as best. But if I'm having a hard time choosing between two answers, I'll consider the stars (and the thumbs-up) for tie-breaking purposes. If everything's still even between the two, I flip a coin.

NO,... attempting to make certain the Q. or the learning first.. If no is exciting.. i don't press interest of that... if is powerful Q. or activity Q. sure..
