Chilling Out?

Can any one give me any tips on how to have a nice time i go out then after a while i want to come home i have been told i am unsociable, but i do try to listen to others my mind wanders after a while and i get resless very easy,I just want to slow down and enjoy life and other peoples company.

When you go out, have a few drinks and relax, people watch, and just enjoy the scenery.
