Christopher Daniels BME should have had a mention really. Canadian destroyer is awesome and the stone cold stunner is a classic. The people's elbow should have been mentioned purely because of the theatrics. Even if it was a stupid move that anyone could get out of, wrestling is about spectacle and it provided just that.
Honourable mentions include Brock's F5, (he did it to big show and made it look easy!) Jericho's double powerbomb Kane's choke slams are usually the best of the choke slammers, HBK's sweet chin music and Eddie's frog splash.
i would say the Stone Cold Stunner is my favourite though. Especially when Austin's opponents really sell it. The Rock used to nearly bounce out of the ring! pure class.

The Awesome Bomb, The TazMission-Plex, and the Razors Edge are my favorites, of your list Id go with the Tombstone Piledriver.

My personal favourite is the Tombstone but I'm bias to the Undertaker. I think one of the most impressive moves to watch is the Canadian Destroyer, also moves such as the Stunner and RKO are good because they can come from anywhere.

Tombstone. One guy has ever even kicked out of that bad-*** move.....Taker's bro, Kane!
The peddigree is still good but i haven't seen Triple H in awhile so Peddigree is slipping my mind.....
Batista bomb isn't that powerful, because all the GOOD pll kick out of it, like Cena and Taker.
The 2nd best finisher is the quick, powerful, classic-
STONE COLD STUNNER!

Stone cold's "Stunner" must be the best ever.I cant think off the top of my head of anyone coming back from one to beat him.
It's the fact he could do it real quick that caught ppl out. Remember all the times Vince or Shane or Steph or Coachman were in-ring then Bam he executed the Stunner on them without warning.Next they're lying on the canvas hit for 6.It gets you on the head, neck & chin & lays you out with no chance.Very quick, very simple, very smart.

me, personally, between the Figure 4, and the Sharpshooter
not real easy to get out of.
now, the spear and jack hammer is some thing else, i have not seen too many people get up right after receiving that one
