It stays on for like 15 minutes, then the hose pops up and the water starts going everywhere. I tighten the 3 clamps as tight as possible, but it keeps coming off anyway. I don't know what else to try to keep it on. Any suggestions, like glue or tape or something else?

Duck tape was indispensable on the Apollo missions to the moon. and on the space shuttle. Dry the hose and pipe as best you can apply plumbers putty on the end of the pipe. Put the hose on, tighten the clamps. Now here's the secret: Wrap about three turns of a good quality duct tape( I recommend 3M), around the end of the hose, pipe and clamps. Good luck.

If you wrap some duct tape around the male side of the hose, increasing its diameter, it will allow the clamp to tighten better. Sounds like you might be using the wrong type of clamp. An automotive clamp will work best.

just a thought have you cleaned or checked the filter recently
a dirty or clogged filter could cause back pressure resulting in the hose popping off .
