I've been trying for ever to find a site that will let me make, or use my piczo, & turn it into a domain, but can't pay. does ne1 know were i could get this??? another question is that if this is solved, is there a way i could get my site onto google 100% free aswell???

Companies have to make money. If they give you something free then you must purchase something else in exchange. Registering a domain name is very cheap anyways. Maybe $5-$10 a year. The expanse is getting an ISP to host a site and use your domain name.
The only absolutely free domain name that I ever found is with AOL mail. They will give you one free and you can have multiple email addresses using it. They claim that someday you can use the address to get to your AOL profile.

You can forever looking, you wont get very far without paying.
My point is so simple, buying a domain name is almost dirt cheap, and hosting a site is not costing the earth, why not just pay and get one ?

You can use microsoft office live basics for free, which includes a free domain name. The only issue with this one, is that you can only use their web site tools to design your page, and you can't upload an existing site. But if this isn't an issue, check them out. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/office_live/
