This guy is probably the biggest moron the Royal family has ever been saddled with. Born on a kitchen table to an impoverished family in Corfu, Greece, he was a minor Greek Royal plucked out of obscurity to sire the British Royal family who are, themselves, Germans. He certainly fell on his feet and he's taken full advantage ever since. As far as diplomacy is concerned he's about as useful as a snowflake in Hell's kitchen. It's a pity we can't get rid of the whole sorry mess of the current Family and replace it with one that is truly British.

I should imagine it would be a very small book since everything he knows about diplomacy could be written on a postage stamp.
