postcards from all of me friends that go abroad. i have them all on a wall in the broom cupboard, collected them 6yrs ago

I have collected interesting pebbles for as long as I can remember. I have some with holes completely through them, I have one that is like a small bowl. Some are very differently shaped and some are wildly colored and patterned. It's a very inexpensive hobby. It's free! Just look around and pick up the nice ones.

Recipes.
Perhaps because I like reading and trying to imagine how it taste like without trying... (hmmmm....) Then I will flip my file of collections when I am hungry.... Later in life, these pictures inspired me to cook. But some of the recipes, in turn, collected dust.... :-P

I collect teapots since my first mother's day. My daughter's father sent me one filled with roses. I've collected them ever since.

I collect mermaids. Not Disney mermaids or pornographic mermaids, but artistic, beautiful ones. They can be hard to find, but I've found several pictures and figurines and I'm always on the lookout for more!

Clocks with my last name on them. (And no, my last name is not Timex... ha ha). I think they are cool and I have found quite a few on eBay. I've collected them for over five years and I have 7 or 8.

i collected maps from age 6. then when i was about 16 or 17, my dad sold most of them on ebay while i was at school. he claimed he didn't know
