That's a foolish and potentially dangerous philosophy. Some things should be worried about.

I often try to practice a method of not worrying about that
which can't be reasonably progressively achieved.
If steps can be taken to satisfy the situation and
reduce the worry then worry takes the form of
consideration. In my opinion, worrying about things
which are beyond practical means is a waste of energy.
However, it is not a bad practice to re-evaluate those
worries which were beyond means at one point in time,
so long as the worry does not become an overwhelming
obsession.

If you want to know the true meaning of life, read the handbook for life, the Holy Bible. Get yourself a living translation which is written in plain English. All the answers are there, why we are here, what we should do and how we should behave and where we are going and the only way to get there, the last being the most important.

"Don't Worry, Be Happy" is a philosophy.
The phrase comes from the Indian guru of the 1960's, Meyer Baba.
Later it become a popular song by Bobby McFerrin.

Not worrying may lead you to be happy during the course of your life but it also shortens the course of your life simultaniously
