Musically, a good band, cookie monster vocals are an acquired taste that I never acquired though. Their cover albums have some moments.

I think that Chris Barnes is definitely past his prime, and SFU is overall a weak band, with not very much to offer

they are good Extreme/Death Metal, tuned low, and played slow (not Type O Negative slow, mind you)
their album Double Dead is a good "live" one
my favorite song is The Day the Dead Walked
