This is a follow up question concerning my printer.I have tried ever suggestion but it still has 1 item left.?

Question

I no longer have any paper that is in the rollers and have deleted all but one item to copy which I cannot delete. When I checked it said it was in progress but I am still unable to contiue to delete it. My knowledge is limited and I know that must be some of my problem but can someone help me in some way

if you're using windows XP, try this steps.
1. press ctrl+alt+del to call up the task manager.
2. in the process tab, click the spoolsv.exe application and click end process.
3. open the printer and fax dialog box, double click your printer icon and delete whatever listed print job left.
4. restart your computer.
