Do you believe that some people can read your future?

Have you been to see a tarot card/crystal ball fortune teller? Did they tell you anything that has come true? Or do you think they make it up.Just that sometimes it seems impossible for them to know somethings?

I ment to a psychic reader for a sociology project before. She wasnt dressed like a gypsy or anything, in fact she lived in a gorgeous house and was married to a doctor.

Anyway, she told me very vauge things and would gage my reaction as to whether or not they were true by my facial expressions.

For example: "You have a love in your life, yes? Ok he has dark hair and fierce eyes, yes? Ok and you love him very much, yes?" So obviously she saw an engagement ring on my finger and most people have dark hair, right?

And she kept calling me Lisa and my name is Kim. that should have been my first clue.

I believe that most are full of crap, but I do believe there are some people out there who know more than most.
My half-sister's aunt can't 'predict futures'. But she can tell a person things about themselves that she could only know from her little 'gift'.
For instance, years ago, my half-sis was a confused young teenager and was contemplating suicide one night. She called her aunt and before my sis said a word, her aunt said "DON'T DO IT."
A few of my sis's dreams were weird like that as well. In once dream she saw her aunt (the same one) with what looked like a well-respectable man. All of the sudden he pushed her to the ground. After the dream, she called her mother (her aunt's sis) and told her about the story. He mom about freaked out because she knew her sister was in an abusive relationship with a man who seemed so nice and respectable. My sis didn't even know she was dating anyone.
She had another dream that she was ME. My current BF was cheating on me in the dream. I didn't want to believe that one was true, but about a week later, I found out it was! She's had a few other similar dreams.
Some people can see auras around other people. Other's just "know" that people are good or bad by looking at them.
I don't believe that there's anyone out there that knows everything that's going to happen next (we'd hear about it!). However, I believe that there are people out there than can predict to a certain extent. Nostradamus, for example. Most people discredit him because 'not everything came true'. However, I believe he predicted very well the PROBABILITY of outcomes.
Every hear of the butterfly effect theory? "A butterfly flaps its wings and around the world a tsunami is created." Everything that happens causes a chain reaction, and there is a probability of certain things occuring. I believe that some people's minds are capable of fast forwarding into these chain reactions and predicting probable outcomes.

I've been reading Tarot Cards for 15 years.
I do not claim to be able to tell the future.
Many times the cards just clarify the thoughts of the person being read.

There is ONE future card in the Tarot and this card comes true many many times.....
But i also beleive tat we are all in charge of our desitny and that we can change the path we are on.
Heed it as a warning but do not believe that it is for cetain.

I went to a fortune teller several years ago and they told me lots of things that came true and he didnt even use anything (crystal ball, tarot etc). He just sat there and told me everything. Didnt ask me any questions. It was amazing!

im not sure. but when i was like 12 my friends mom had a party for her husband and she had a tarot reader there. She was telling me interesting stuff. She said that my dad was going to get a lot of money, which came true about 2 yrs later. that was the only thing right though.

I totally believe in it but, most "fortune tellers" are fakes. I am a psychic but I would never charge anyone to tell their future. Personally I think that there are some things people should not know about their future.

I've been to tarot readers and suchlike out of general interest but never been impressed. Most people go if they can't make decisions and need direction this is picked up on and the readers tell people what they want to hear - these readers are generally clever enough to quickly decide what people want to hear about themselves. It's just made up - and I've searched for evidence to disprove my feelings and thus far fund none.

NO. I dont belive that anyone can tell uu about ur future. We can only guess or can make a weak judgement. U cant even tell whether when u will get hungry. U cant tell at what time u will feel hungry. If u work hard continiously u will feel hungry else not. EVERY THING DEPENDS ON OUR WAY OF WORK,BEHAVIOUR & THINKING. Even the one who tells everyone future cant explain about his/her own future. THINK ABOUT IT.


If whatever they say or tell u and it become true then it can be just a co incedence.Many times it happen to me as soon as teacher use to ask questions sometimes my guessings get correct answer that doesnt mean i m any astrologer or pandit or sme thing like that.

I thought Tarot cards were the coolest things ever so my brother got me some for Christmas and it is so freaky it does work some how..It can tell you things about your past on some spreads and I did a simple spead about me and my parents relationships and it told about how the past actually was!! I also did it for my friend and her boyfreind and i got the impression that they were going to break up and go back out and a few weeks later he broke up with her and they just started going back out...
