There are some locations that give lessons:

Tango Soul (taught by an Argentine couple): http://www.tangosoul.co.uk/

Tangology (west London): http://tangology.org/

La milonga de luna: http://lamilongadelaluna.com/

Tango Federico: http://www.tango-federico.com/londontango.php

I am only responding to point something out. If you are looking to do performance dancing, you might want to look someplace other than Argentine Tango. Argentine Tango, when done correctly, is an improvised social dance. You dance not only with your partner, but in harmony with everyone else on the social dance floor. It is not about showing off in front of an audience. Unfortunately, Argentine Tango has become corrupted by performers trying to sell a bill of goods. These teachers teach people fancy steps and choreographed moves, but don't focus on technique, and navigation skills for good social dancing. As a result, their students spoil the fun for the rest of us. If you want to do performance tango, you might consider taking ballroom dance classes instead.
