velocity = -32t+25
acceleration = -32

The velocity implies direction; but the speed will be s'(t):
s'(t) = -16(2)t + 25 + 0 = -32t + 25
The accleration is also a vector though the magnitude can be given by s"(t):
s"(t) = d/dt s'(t) = -32

v(t) = s'(t) = - 32 t + 25
a(t) = v'(t) = - 32
