I recently came across a 1977 $10 bill that has a blank reverse. The serial number is E81604943B. So far I have not been able to find any information on it. Any help would be great.

Assuming for the moment that you have a genuine note (and I would be reluctant to say without seeing it), a note with a completely blank back would go at auction for a few hundred dollars or more. I would consign it to auction rather than selling it to a local coin dealer.

Here are the web sites of major US banknote dealers that run regular major banknote auctions:
www.lynknight.com
www.gatewestcoin.com
www.fredweinberg.com

Selling a genuine major error banknote for $15 - $20 would be complete insanity.

Take it to several different coin shops. Many will also trade in old currency. They may be able to tell you it's worth, and whether it is genuine (which I doubt). If you are offereed money for it, turn them down and take it to another shop. If it is genuine, you will be offered the lowest possible amount the dealer thinks he can get from you. Once you have several offers, go back to the lower offers and tell them of the higher offers. See if they will raise the offer.

They are approx $15 and the uncirculated ones are $20.
To get a definite price, see a coin dealer.
