is it true i can do this with NBA live 06 on psp??

my friend told me since i had my psp connected to the internet that i should update the rosters on nba live 06 to the current rosters as of today.....is it true you could do that??....if so how??

If you can find a Game Save the the latest rosters you can use the game save. But I don't think you will be able to find a game save for Live 06 with current 07 rosters.
